Zerox didn't you see the bones in the max file? I meant that you should add them with the "skin" in 3ds max. And then export it with the animations. And GhostThruster is going to make the texture.
So the texture wasn't done then. I can live with that. I did see the bones yes, but when converting it converted as plain old sphere like balls where the joints used to be. So I just removed them as they weren't working.
