Constructive Critism and tests.

yes, mainly because you can never stop learning things ever. and because people never give constructive critisizm, it would be good for mods to give out advice for everyone, not just art but models also.
 
If you have the time to do that sort of thing, that would really help you set the example. Since yes, there is not a lot of constructive criticism out there. Just don`t be too harsh and be sure to bring out a good point about the pic for every bad point you highlight. Remember, its not just about helping the artist improve, its about encouraging them as well. :)
