constructing buildings

do buildings that are being constructed via an ability like tiny tower count as "Last Created Unit" while they are being constructed? and after they are finished are they considered the same unit?

I just tested it, and its like this:
While they are being constructed, they are not created, so they dont count as Last Created unit.
After the Constuction is finished they count as Last Created Unit

You should be able to use Triggering Unit.

if i want to get the unit that is being created by the ability tiny tower though, how would i do that? triggering unit would refer to the unit using the ability, not the unit being built by the ability.

you mean you target a point with a spell, then a tower is created? use 'Last Created Unit'.

yes but i need to get the tower while its building which is why last created unit doesnt work
