Tutorials on constructions

Is there any tutorials about constructing? how to make a unit construct like humans or orcs (which the unit needs to work on the building, in the case of human with the ability to work with more than 1 unit at the building), like undead or "tiny constructions" (just summons the unit) and how to detect events and conditions related to these things. If anyone could give me tutorials or tips I would be very greateful!

Build mechanics are based on the race of the worker unit. eg. to summon the worker must be tagged as race; undead.
