[Trigger] Condition of moving unit

What do you get when you take 2 noob questions and fuse them? This question right here. I've made 2 threads already about moving a unit correctly and turning around another unit. Now I've made a third trigger that should activate when unit 1 (the moving unit) is moving, unpaused or animation speed is 0% (either of the 3) and when unit 2 (the unit turning around) is faced a certain angle. Now I've done the condition that unit 2 faces a certain angle, but I can't seem to find a condition "Unit 1 is moving/ is unpaused/'s animation speed is equal to 0%". Anyone know how to insert that?
