Command Button Problem

is there any way to place patrol buton at the 3,0 position to the positon of the attack button after i remove it from the unit with the "show ui" thing? cause i need those 8 slots in second and third row free. if not, can i at least place different hotkeys for that command buttons?

As far as I know, you can't change the position of those buttons. Also far as I know,
you can't change the hotkeys too =(
