Command aura as a hero ability

Hi im new to the warcraft editor,
i wanted to make a hero with the ability to level up Command aura, but command aura is only listed as a normal ability and cant be used in the hero ability tab.
How can i make this work?

There's a "Stats - Hero Ability" field in the ability attribute list, change it from "false" to "true".
