Combine this same items with conditions

I am looking for Item recipe or other system that let me combine this same items 3 and 2 times condition required like ancient or structure. I need this for my alchemy workbench to make potions if is possible. For making artifacts which use different ingredient I am use Item combine recipe but I can't make any working with identical items. Please Help

For same items, create another item with the same name. Then check if the unit have the same item then give the another item that you created, this is what IceFrog uses in DotA.
