This tool was originally in spanish (I'm argentinian).
I don't know if I translated it perfectly, but I'm pretty sure you'll understand. ^^

Still not approved? Well, look at the attached screenshots.. I compared my tool with Warcraft III Unit Balancer because they do the same but formulas are different.. (I don't want to offend Emperor_Jackal.. If i did, then forgive me)

If you create those units in World Editor and make them fight in game, then you'll see the difference between this combat simulator and other ones!
