Hey, a few questions for any knowledgable folks around the place:
I'm a newbie to the editor, and Im working on creating a Hero that uses Shields as his resource instead of energy, and leeches shields back from the damage he deals (spell/splash).
Seems fairly simple right? Considering most of the fields I need to alter are found under the Unit itself.
The problem Im finding is that the leech seems to occur before the ability cost is taken. Let me give you an example:
I start with 100 Shields.
I use ability X which deals 20 damage and uses 20 shields to cast.
I now have 80 shields left.
Im pretty sure that's what's happening - the ability cost is being applied after the leech, which means my Hero can never reach full shields!
It's frustrating, and Im too noob to know a way around it.
Any ideas?
