coloured words

hi, i'm almost complete with this map i'm making, but when i took a small game break, i noticed that some of the words (i.e in loading screen, and message to all players) was coloured (blue, green e.c.t)
i was wondering how to get that change in colour? do you need to dl name spoof or somthing?

Chaos spectrum is indeed the most elaborate and in my opinion the best color editor for warcraft III at this moment. However, I would also like to point out the small tool called "Color picker". It's really handy for quick and simple use, just can't go wrong. Give it a try if Chaos spectrum is a bit too complicated.

TYVM ALL i made spectrum work!! coz i googled it and a diff one came up, and i dl that. the one warlord sent me was a .rar type file, and i dl some diff type of file, tyvm again =D
