Changing the colour of special effects

Hi. Is there a way you can change the colour of special effects? I was hoping there was a way I could make a green exclimation-mark (!) to represent quests which players aren't yet high enough a level to access.

You need to import another exclamation mark with a green texture I suppose...

I attached the green model file to this post.
If there's anything that needs to be changed, please do say so.

You don't need to import any textures, just import the model and you can use it instead of the regular (yellow) exclamation mark.

Tell us how you do it, I sometimes too want to change my SFX of blade into blood-red =D
It has to do with Milkshape or something ?
