[Coding] Spell Library

Okay so I am thinking about us coding a spell library of our own that utilizes the great libraries here for the fastest and most efficient way of spell creation. Not to mention standardizing the process and lightening the coding, the worst thing in an AoS.

Either that, or we can be lazy bums and just modify xe or use Nestharus' SpellStruct :p

No I mean a complete spell lib that requires only data input and toExecute funcs. It will make coding a spell the easiest thing ever. Kinda like a make-your-own-spell lib. Ofc it cannot cover every possible spell but 90% would be sufficient.

SpellStruct sucks? Okay.
