Naga Lords have this High Warlord Naj'entus made to exemplify them, but after that, canonical Naga units beyond their introduction set seems extremely sparse for non-Reforged play.

There's a vague kitbash for the Naga Brute, but not its "proper" ape-like layout, and there seems to be no such model for the Naga Centaur or the three-tailed naga. In terms of Old God associates, there also seems to be no C'Thrax, K'thir, or Merciless Ones.

The "common" N'raqi are just the Faceless and Deathless creeps, so a Naga-race version should be fine just putting on appropriate accessories, and the K'thir can be kitbashed out of Faceless assets and basically any robed humanoid. Which there's a near-perfect example for already.

C'thraxi, Merciless Ones, the Naga Centaur, and the three-"tailed" Naga seem to not line up well with anything else in WC3. What kind of issues are there in ripping the assets from WoW and making new models around the animation skeletons for them?

There have been direct ports for Reforged for the Naga Centaur and three-tailed version that are probably useful starting points for that, and this particular Naga techtree has has imported the Brute. Can't seem to find anything for the C'thraxi or Merciless Ones, though.

Also this thing to fill the obligatory mechanical siege unit slot, even though its color pallet doesn't "fit" with WC3 Naga. Which shows up in a ported-for-Reforged doodad pack.

I'd be amazed if appropriate assets didn't exist, but they aren't findable in the main model repository.

Very incredibly janky Naga Centaurs (Makrura lower-body has four legs rather than six, and the scale is extremely weird), and the C'thraxi are off-site, but it is much appreciated! Leaves Merciless Ones, Naga Brutes, the three-"tailed" variety, and the cannon.
