Also for those who don't know, the reason why Texas can have a president is because it used to be it's own Republic a long time ago, and then was annexed by the United States. Texas being an annexed state, and part of the whole deal when Texas signed itself over to the United States was that it would be able succede whenever it needed to, and since it's big enough, it can split up into five states and become it's own Republic or country again, thus the position of power would be a president.
