chest in rexxar campaign

where is the chest found in the rexxar campaign that can hold additonal items? i am making a map that has a naga camp that has 4 hero's, that have a chest with equipment special for each class.

Rexxar campaign has plenty of custom units, just because it appears there doesnt mean it exists in the default game.

Just create a unit and give an inventory type ability.

ok, i know the chest model is in the actual game, it is found in the undead level where you have to get the book to summon archimone.

I recommend you to extract the Act I of Rexxar's Campaign from Warcraft3x.mpq, you can see it easily from there, use MPQ extractor to extract it.

If I was right, the model was a destructible.

do you think i could, if i found a correct model, use a custom hero inventory that doesn't use items and use it as a chest?

Rexxar's Stash is the Wyvern Cage model file,

If you want it to be able to use items give it a Hero Inventory just be careful it doesn't pick up an item like a tome of power and crash the game.

Else use a regular unit inventory which cannot use items!

i found the correct model i was looking for, it is called the magic vault in human,campaign,buildings folder, but thanks for your help guys

I laud your efforts in understanding. It will not be able to hold powerups(for hwat reason would they need to do so?) but they can hold items with Unit Inventory.
