The Marine Flamer model is a geoset merge of the Chaose Space Orc and the Terran Marine. I also removed the spikes behind the Orc's head. It's compatible with any skin that works on the WC3 marine model.
To change the path first find Yogbul's File Converter, convert the .mdx to a .mdl, then look for the materials sections and change the path "Units\Critters\Marine\spacemarine.blp" to the path of the skin you intend to use. Convert the .mdl back to a .mdx, import it and the skin into your map, then you're done. Easy, eh?
Credit goes to Blizzard for the base models, I just stuck 'em together.

take the back end of the marine and make a kind of flame tank it looks a bit weird with those pipe things sticking out

With the custom skin I use on this model those pipes look very cool, and even without it I like the pipes. Don't like them? Merge your own model.

the model is good, but the name of the file is an orc, ad that is not an orc. 0.0001/5, would be 5/5 if it wernt for the name.

Quite simple. The marine still looks orcish somehow. 3/5, for the helmet is too bright.
