Ok, so from now on I'll be showing one effect per post and releasing it at the same time.
I'll try and update every day, but I suffer from "Unproductive Artist Syndrome".

First up: Ground-based Explosion

But they add some measure of polish to a map.

Got some good stuff released in the model section, and I'll share them here too.

This is the culmination of two years of tweaking and revisiting SFX. These are my best SFX as of yet. An insane amount of polish, free time and generally boredom has gone into these.

On a serious note, a high-def frost wyrm model (like the one in the WotLK trailer) would be nice. Other than that, Steampunk dragon.
