Yeah just one step on the entrance but I think I can cover with Building change height by buried a bit on the floor so can hide it.

Nice, awesome collection. Would fit to some sort of burning legion servants. Fel orcs, satyrs, fel ogre or fel elfs. A bunch of other servants too chose from that is for sure.

I can create a seperated Birth mdl but the problem is that it doesn't know what is large or small cuz sometimes the bldg is large while the Birth is small I tried that on my Tzeentch Building with a separated Birth so I merged it so that I can determined if the Bldg is large or small

maybe it can be done like how some spells work in-game, for example, anti-magic shell? its model has three sets of animations: regular (x1 size), medium (x1.5) and large (x2); and when cast it checks target's "Art - Required Animation Names - Attachments" field in object editor (empty for ghoul, "medium" for crypt fiend, "large" for abomination etc) and plays the corresponding animation
