[Trigger] Changing the top icons

I am not very familiar with jass, so I'm fearing all the thing's I'm wondering about deal with it, because I can't think of another way to do them.
I was wondering how do you change the icons of the gold and lumber and food at the top? Dose this require jass or can it be done through triggers/some other type of editing.

no it does not require jass or triggers, when in world editor go advanced than go game interface icon Food,Gold,Lumber and tick use custom game interface and change your icons there.
