Changing player colors

I have, yet another, stupid question: How can I make it so that in a campaign mission that the player plays as a color different from red. I've looked in alot of places and I haven't been able to find anything, so if anyone has an solution I'd appreciate hearing it.

• Player - Change color of Player 1 (Red) to Dark Green, Changing color of existing units

Alternatively you can change the specific unit type color in the object editor, find 'Art - Team Color'.
