I want to ask whether with Jass you can change any data you like(it would be really useful) ?
And to be more specific i want to change level requirement and level skip for an ability.

No, you can not change object data at run-time with JASS or anything else.

Thank you.

You could make a dynamic duplicate of the object fields via JASS, but it would take a crap load of coding.

For your problem, you can probably just replace the ability with another similar ability, but with a different level skip requirement.
Great :D
Somehow replacing the ability never came to my mind. But still it is going to be a crap load of work.
But still if it isn't a problem could you explain a little more about the dynamic duplicate. It sounds like coping the fields and after that you could change the duplicates but will not you be able to change the object's fileds?
P.s. This is for a spell system with unlimited number of spells (well maybe Blizzard have put some restiction, but i am sure it works with 40++ spells) and each one of them is leveled standartly. But up to now i wasn't able to think of a way (that worked) to make each spell have its own requirments.

Edit: Now i know why it hasn't came to my mind. How did you say you remove a hero spell from a hero :p
Completely removing it not the "removing" used by "remove ability" that seem to set the level of the ability to 0.
