Changing Colors of Particular Interface Strings

I wanna change the color of the following texts:

"M" and "ove" ("Move") in the top left picture; "5000" (Range: 5000) in the top right picture; and "13%" (Damage Reduction: 13%) in the bottom picture.

I have not found their entries in the Game Interface menu. Where can I access and apply hexadecimal color tags to them?

Magos' Model Editor has an option for it. Colour codes are there.

Just download the program, turn it on, go to Extras, put your text in there, change to the colour you want (including gradient) then paste it in your WE.

I know how to configure/set color texts. I am looking for the fields of the items mentioned above in the world editor.
