I know there is a way, but I forgot how to do it...

Look at the picture, for example. I want those aura target effects to be smaller.

The only way I know is creating a dummy unit (with a invisible dummy model that has attachment points).
Then move the dummy unit on the other unit every 0.03sec or so.
This of course is a bad workaround if you have many units of that type.
Then you should edit the model itself.. (Make it bigger, and in the object editor make it smaller so the effect becomes smaller)

See this similar thread: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/world-editor-help-zone-98/unit-mounting-unit-trigger-166604/#post1596201

Ok now I get what you want :D
Theeeen... make a smaller effect. remove the effect of the aura completely. (use _.mdx)
And make a periodic trigger (every 1sec), check all units for the buff, and attach the right effect manually.

Though in my opinion it's not really that huge.

Damn man i cant find any answers to ANYTHING LOL
ANY HELP???

also p.s. i took a murloc (default scale size in general is VERY SMALL) i scaled him up to say the size of a knight. and the aura on him IS F***ING HUGE NOW.

so the only fix to this would be to copy and paste the exact same unit you want to build a custom map with, and only use that initially model to create your heroes or wahtever. and even then you might want to do it the other way for some models (if they're tall and skinny for example so you want them to always have a tiny circle around their not-so-wide frame) you'd have to get the proper initial model before editing. damn. this sucks. i can't remake 200 units lol im screwed rip
