Change Terrain color on Minimap?

Is there any way to change the color of the terrain on the minimap, or permanently hide the minimap? Rep to helpers, thanks.

Make a picture with .TGA extension and size of 256x256, import and rename with custom path to war3mapPreview.tga so that your minimap will change into your chosen picture.

are you talking about mini map terrain (ingame) or the minimap in the warcraft 3 game lobby?
