change standard animation

How do I set a standard animation of a model? (not via trigger) The model I am using has the birth animation as standard which is not what I want (the birth animation is 60 seconds long :/). I deleted the animation with the War3ModelEditor, hoping the next animation just takes its place but now the model is not showing up at all ingame.

What tool do I need? thank you
