Chance on Hit Bloodlust

In my tower defense, I want to have a tower based of the Lich hero have a 15% chance to gain Bloodlust. I have no clue how to do this.

Unit is attacked

If type of attacking unit is lich hero
If Random integer between 1 and 100 is smaller than 16

Add Berserk to Attacking unit
Order attacking unit to use Orc Troll Berserker - Berserk
Remove Berserk from Attacking Unit

How could I make it so this trigger only works when the tower doesn't have the beserk buff?

Condition: Attacking unit has buff Berserk equal to false
