[Spell] CD circle not showing after ability is cast

I probably didnt word that right, but let me explain.
Usually when a ability is cast it goes on CD and has the circle rotate around to let you know when its off CD

After i cast a ability on my map, i dont get that blacked out circle, it still stay ability cant cast until off of CD etc but i just find it annoying that you wont know until ur ability is off cooldown unless you spam click it until its free.

Can some one help?

Thats the case.
Go to Advanced -> Game Interface -> "Model - Command Button - Cooldown" and revert it to default.
