The texture's not bad, but the wall itself is a little dry. It needs some kind of ornamentation, because right now it just looks like an awkward block.

It's just a prisim with a skin... try to add... something.. 40 polys is hilarious! (while I've never modeled bf, wouldn't it only take 2 polys to make a prisim? 2 Triangles = sqaure....).

the edges have been beveled at top and sides so no it doesnt take 2 polys. Also if you read my description its just a simple wall model. I dont intend for it to be a complex wall. It is however better than the walls that wc3 offer, which is next to nothing.

Pins is right, if the skin were rotated it might look better.

Problems getting it to work. I choose the default doodad as fence long, and tried changing the default path to Doodads\Village\Props\Village_Fencelong\castlewall2.mdx, but it still doesn't work, even after restarting WE. Any ideas? :?:
Edit: all it does is place a green checkered cube, and when I restart WE I get that Cannot locate Doodads\Village\Props\Village_Fencelong\castlewall2.mdx model error
