Castle Terrain

Ok, I'm making a AoS kinda map and I'm trying to make it like the undead are storming the human castle.

What I want is: a nice castle yard and a castle made of doodas/destructibles. I've tried with pretty many things but I can't get any good castle wall/roof without getting problems with the camera view. I'm making the camera 3rd person.

So I'd like some screenshots of how to make a nice castle with just doodas/destructibles.
