Cast skills on mouse cursor

Hello, I've tried to find it somewhere but only thing that I foud is tutorial on helper that doesn't really work with spells.
Is there any tutorial/system/map where it is possible to cast skills at current cursor position, or cast spells facing cursor position?

I would really like to know if it's even possible to do in WC3.

Trackables Or spamming hotkeys on a timer with dummy abilities to detect cancel/right-click and on cast/left-click.

Thanks, I guess I missunderstood something when searching and thought that trackables won't do exactly what I want, but If you say it works I'll try.
Do you remember if any map uses this method to achieve what I want to achieve to see if it's worth it?

Only one I can currently think of and remember would be Project ORB 0.92b .
