cant import files

ive tried and tried but no matter what, i cant import a file, not even test it. ive attached 2 photos which shows the problem im facing. can anyone help me?
this happened after i moved my wc3 programs folder, and i cant move it back unless u want me to totaly RECREATE the whole entire account

be sure that the user you used has the administrator rights.

Crave, it sounds like you have read-only access to the files that WE is trying to modify.
