[General] Can't get file from hive (should be simple)

I was going to import this texture for cliffs, with the matching ground texture. But for some reason the owner did not upload the ground texture to the hive. He linked to another page. But the link does not work for me. If someone would be able to get it, or got it. Could you please give it to me. (new link or something)
