Cant enter a site while others can.

I bought World In Conflict game. Multiplayer games are based on massgate. Something unables me to me to enter their site and connect to their server. Other people dont have any problems like that. Any ideas why?

The problem must certainly relate to some configuration issue on your end. The first items to check would be your firewalls: router port settings and software firewall internet permissions.

Also try cleaning out your Browser Cache.

I cleand caches, tryed to open site in mozilla and IE, turned off firewall. Nothing works. My friend with same internet provider cant enter that site too. I guess its fault of my provider? (wireless airlive connection)
Game cant connect with this server so its not fault of mozilla or IE.

Try to ping the domain.

In windows:

Run -> cmd.

Enter:
ping url

Have you tried contacting your ISP to hear if that domain is blocked for some reason?

I just ran the same traceroute, and it seems that the next hop after "stortorget-mmo.c3750-lund.bahnhof.net" is blocking pings, so unfortunately there's not much we can gather from that.

It is possible the site is blocking access from certain IP ranges (from certain countries); however, there's not an easy way of verifying that either.
