People cant download of me

Today when i tried hosting a fellowship game or any other game people cant download it...yes they can join but not download like beside their name its either ? or 0 and it just stays the same and the people leave...I think it has to do with firewall or ports but i dont know how to fix it.

Have you tried to port forward, or are you port forwarding already?
Can you send files to people over MSN or other P2P programs like Limewire?

I can send through msn but i only use limewire for music only
Im using linksys my Cisco Simultaneous Dual-N Band Wireless Router WRT610N

This was a new router put in a month ago that replaced my old one which worked perfectly but it was old so its gone now.A guy came from future shop to change the settinfs cause i couldnt host on the new router so he fixed it and today i just noticed people cant download maps from me when i host them.

Try that. Although it sounds like that Future Shop guy already did it. Maybe he didn't open them all.
