Can't change team

Ello. When i start hosting my map, which can contain four players, i cant seem to change team, neither can my friends when they join it... im pretty sure that it's pretty simply to disable this, but i just cant seem to find it...

and another thing, do fixed forces (e.g. force 1 = player 1-3; force 2 = player 4-6) in force options( sry if its not correctly translated but i think you can find it)
