Cannot view icons

While I click on the "icons" tab at the top of the screen, then select the icon I want to view, I won't be able to. I'll only see people's replies to the icon but I can't see the icon post or any info about it.

Yes, same for skins but I can view models, however.

I believe it is fixed now. I replied to the thread geries linked to.
