[General] Cannot choose Sound with "Sound - Play Sound"

Hi guys, I want to play a sound when a unit uses bloodlust on my hero (I guess reforged is still bugged, because no sound plays...).

However, I don't find any trigger to use the internal sounds. On TheHelper it looks like you can just select them from "Sound - Play Sound" but I can't choose anything. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, I fixed it now by adding the sound effect to the buff itself - but for the next time will do thanks.
