You can figure out the ID of any order by displaying the GetIssuedOrderId() value. There are lots and lots of orders that are not associated with any names. For instance, this cancel order.

If you go into our resources section, there is a library [vJass]PrintOrders which prints out all orders issued. You can use that to find the values for orders that you may not think are issued initially. Sorry that may have been confusing I hope you get what I mean.
