I was considering using the sorceress quotes for a different unit but I need to get rid of specific, unfitting quotes like "For the Alliance". I know there's a replace internal sound option but since I've never messed with it, I'm not sure how to do it (IF that's the way to do it) without making it buggy or awkward.

It's quite easy to do and bug free, just locate the voice line in the sound editor and use Replace Internal Sound, you'll be prompted to choose a sound file, and then it'll import it under the correct path in the asset manager

In your case you can import a blank sound, or better, export one of her other attack lines and import it as a replacer. It's all a matter of setting the right file path following the folder structure in the sound editor

If it's in a campaign, you'd better import the file directly in the campaign's asset manager, because the Replace Internal Sound option imports the file in the current map only

The blank line is one thing I referred to as awkward because you control the unit, it responds then suddenly goes quiet. Which is why I wondered if the a line could be just skipped, like orc hermits omit certain horde-related quotes.

They use a specific soundset different from the Shaman one, and that's infinitely more difficult to do and requires some heavy MPQ tinkering beyond my capabilities

Using another attack line as suggested is the easiest way to achieve what you're trying to do
