[Trigger] Can u change cursor mid game?

Is it posible to change the cursor in mid game? i dont mean a total cursor change i want the cursor to change to look like attack move for a mini game in my map

It is possible to change the cursor by replacing a skin.
But it is not possible to change it in the middle of the game ..
I think ...

you can do so by using some ability with target and forcing player to press hotkey of this ability (so he will always have this ability prepared to target), but it is useable only if you do not want to do anything else
