Can someone help with some item hints?

Hi All,

I just recently pick up the game, with the remastered WC3. And I'm doing a solo insane heroic run with DK on 2.4.4.b.

I can not find the shovel where I can dig the "soft ground"， the hint out side the gold mine implies that "tool scattered around" but there is nothing there. I inspected every place around that hint.

Also can someone tell me how can I get a bowl to take some water from the moonwell? I figure in the basement the moonwell water should save the tree (because of the ghost hint) and then open the door. I don't know whats inside the door but I know it most likely is connected with the bowl.

This is my 2nd play through and I really farmed a long way to be able to survive nicely in the heroic insane with no death yet. Please help.

Neither the shovel or the bowl is required in order to progress in the map - in fact I think the item reward from the bowl is a bit lackluster for a Death Knight.
Anyway, you can find the bowl somewhere around where you fight the Huntress boss.

Thanks I found the bowl. As I read the post there is one shovel in the west wing on a table... I'll keep looking

got the shovel, sadly not find a key to the arena nor any other new area. just books
