Can no longer open the map

I had a map that I was able to open normally in the past. But now, when I try to open it, a message pops up saying that I can't do it (as if the map is protected). I am reaching out to the community for help.

It seems that the attached map file is completely empty and has no data whatsoever - it has none of the file types that a Warcraft 3 map file mpq usually holds (no data for terrain, doodads, scripts, units, objects or anything).
