there are several maps out there with FPS views. You can just open them up and see what they look like. But, if you just want some guidelines. Make a cammera and adjust the setting to where you want it, in terms of height, angle of attack, distance, whatever, and then just translate those numbers into a trigger that fires every .5 seconds or something.

There have been 1st person shooter maps before, and truthfully that system doesnt really work well for wc3. Check the misc section in the map archive, there is a map specifically for CnPing cam triggers from map to map there. All you need to do it change the distance, angle of the locked camera it produces.

This is off the top of my head. Set camera field for player (distance) to 0-50 (might want it a little behind the unit to be able to click on it). Set camera field (angle of attack) 340-360 (expirement). Set camera field (rotation) to facing value of (hero/unit/your guy). Also work with hieght offset, 50-150 should work. Setting some camera smoothing factor also helps. From personal experience don't use fps. Everyone will complain and hate your map for it. It never fails, only a small percentage of people will even stay to shoot their first enemy.
