Campaigns similar to Enhanced/Nightmare Mode?

Soviet_00 made 4 enhanced campaigns for RoC. 2 of them have special difficulty called Nightmare which is harder than previous one but also rewards with stronger items and units.

Are there any other campaigns like this? RoC or FT campaign missons "remastered" with new units, skills, items, heroes, enemies etc?
