Campaign SAVE/LOAD Triggers!

I have been making campaign since last month. I have almost finished the terrain and now I need to know how to save/load. I need to save/load:
- Hero(es)
- Gold
- Lumber
- Some Integer numbers
- Some Real Numbers

Can someone help me? I will give you credits to my campaign. It would be best if you can show these with screenshot or nice and simple text. Thanks!

to save/load anything you want, you ave to use "game caches"
