I can see it now. My PC (Windows 10) had just got back after a few days of maintenance.
Turns out that my Laptop doesn't load that video because the Chrome browser is old (and Windows 7 can't update the Chrome browser to the latest version).
Umm. Have you tried opening the other campaign? It sounds like your campaign got corrupted.
It's also usually better to make a new thread on the dedicated forum if you ask questions related to Editor: World Editor Help Zone
