Campaign Editor (saved map wants to be saved, campaign editor won't exit)

Please help me!
So I have this campaign and a map I wish to add.
After adding it to the campaign, I saved it and pressed the exit button in the world editor, now the strangest thing is that a notification pops out and says if I should save the campaign map. I never paid any mind to this and just clicked yes so it started to save, after saving nothing happens. The editor is still there. So I clicked the exit button again ,and again, the notification popped out saying if I should save the map so I clicked yes and saved the map. After saving, nothing still happens, the editor isn't exiting.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this and why it is happening?

Are you sure both maps are in the same folder and, at first on your disc?
Post map if you can mate, it's wierd problem.

Yes and it will exit but once I opened it again, it didn't save.

Please solve this!
I can't finish a campaign that I am working on.
