Camera at ground

I have this map, where the camera is auto-following the player's unit, and I want to make the camera, for all players, to be at the ground. Like when you use your mouse' scroll wheel, to scroll all the way down, so you see the unit right into its back.
How do I create this?

Nice thanks. Is it possible to also make the camera follow the unit's view? So when the unit looks one way, so does the camera. Otherwhise it'll be impossible to see what's infront of you.
