How can I make the locust swarm ability without the bug sound?

Open up your Object Editor.

Look up your Locust Swarm based spell, click it once you've found it.

Modify the field Sound - Effect Sound (Looping), you can either set the looping sound to NONE or choose another sound to be the looping sound.
